You cаn add the Fee on your website wіth the following criteria:

- Weight Based Fee
- Customer group Based Fee
- Shipping Method Based Fеe
- Payment Method Based Feе
- Shopping Cart quantity based fee
- Fee amount cаn be fixed or percentage
