The Give WePay Add-on provides the option to either redirect customers to the secure hosted pay page to collect donation payment information or keep them on site (SSL required). With the off-site payment options donor payment information is directed through WePay’s secure servers, allowing you to benefit from their secure payment processing and ensure security. What’s this mean?

You don’t need an SSL with WePay offsite payments. For some, setting up an SSL certificate is time-consuming, complicated, or expensive. By using WePay secure servers, you can collect credit card information AND ensure your donors have a modern and secure payment flow.
